Booking (Trainings in Amsterdam)

After receiving your booking request via the booking form, we will review your details within 24 hours and send you your booking confirmation. It will include all further information about the total price, times, the venue, and payment of the reservation fee.

The training costs €1800 (Intensive 1-Day Training). This includes all costs for the reservation fee, the training, materials, documents, and all snacks/drinks.

Reservation fee for Intensive 1-Day Training: €300
Course fee for Intensive 1-Day Training: €1500

By paying the reservation fee, you secure your spot in the training.
The reservation fee is refundable only within 24 hours after payment and will be deducted from the remaining amount.

After paying the reservation fee, you will receive an email with the reservation confirmation, invoice, and information on how to pay the remaining balance.

Payment

The reservation fee must be paid within 24 hours after receiving the booking confirmation. Once payment has been received, your spot in the training will be reserved for you.

All booked trainings must be fully paid no later than 30 days before the course start date. If your payment is not received on time, your participation in the course cannot be guaranteed, or your ability to book courses will be suspended.

If the course you book takes place in less than 30 days, payment must be made according to the instructions in the booking confirmation you receive from us via email.

Cancellation

If you cancel within 48 hours of booking, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel up to 14 days before the course start date, you will receive a partial refund of 50% of the course fee. Please note: the reservation fee is non-refundable. No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date. Cancellations must be made via email.

Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (BUNAMI INK Academy, Weteringstraat 39A, 1017SM Amsterdam, info@bunami.ink) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for the refund.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply, or expires early, for contracts involving digital content and comparable offers that include digital content or access rights to our online services. This also applies to booked workshops if they include digital content or access to it. The early expiry occurs once you have expressly agreed that we begin fulfilling the contract before the withdrawal period ends, and you have confirmed at the same time that you will lose your right of withdrawal when we begin contract performance. This consent is actively requested during the checkout process.

Scope

These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all contracts you conclude with us via this online shop. We only offer digital products and workshops.

Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products and workshops in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
By making your payment, you submit a binding offer, and the contract is concluded with your payment.

Provision of Digital Content

Digital products will be made available to you via download link or email after payment has been received.
If digital products are pre-sold, they will be provided as soon as they are available.
You are responsible for a working internet connection and appropriate software to use the digital content.

Workshops

Workshops take place on the specified dates online or at a designated venue.
Rescheduling is possible within 48 hours of booking.
If you do not attend, the participation fee will not be refunded.

Usage Rights

The purchased digital content is for your personal use only. Sharing, reproducing, or commercial use is not permitted.
Sharing access data for workshops with third parties is prohibited and will be prosecuted.

Disclaimer

We are not liable for technical issues that affect the use of digital content or participation in workshops if they are outside our control.
Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, as far as legally permitted.

Changes to the T&Cs

We reserve the right to change these T&Cs at any time with effect for the future. The current version is available on our website.

Final Provisions

The law of the Netherlands applies.
If individual provisions of these T&Cs are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

Conditions for Digital Products (e.g., eBooks or Online Courses)

Our eBooks (digital PDFs) and online courses are protected by copyright and intended for personal use only. eBooks can only be read on digital devices such as computers, tablets, or smartphones and may not be printed. Online courses are accessible only via the personal customer account after login – downloading the course content is not possible.

Lifetime Access means that you will have access to the purchased content for at least three years from the date of purchase. Access will continue as long as the respective product is officially offered and sold.

In case of violations of these terms of use – especially unauthorized copying, sharing, or reselling of the content – we reserve the right to take legal action and permanently block the customer account.
