Booking Conditions

Booking

After receiving your booking request via the booking form, we will check your details within 24 hours and send you your booking confirmation. It will contain all further information on the total price, times, the venue and payment of the reservation fee.

Payment

Payment of the reservation fee is due within 24 hours of receipt of the booking confirmation. As soon as payment has been received, your place in training is reserved for you.

Each booked training course must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of the course.
If your payment is not received on time, your participation in the course cannot be guaranteed or your ability to book courses will be suspended.

Cancellation

If you cancel within 48 hours of booking, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel up to 14 days before the start of the course, you will receive a pro rata refund. You will be refunded 50% of the course fee. The reservation fee will not be refunded. If you cancel less than 14 days before the start of the course, there will be no refund. Cancellation is possible by e-mail.

Invoice & sales tax

The invoice total is made up of the course fee and reservation fee + 21% BTW, which means that 21% BTW (sales tax) is added to the purchase.
